How do you know if something needs to be sandblasted?

Sandblasting is typically used to remove old paint, rust, or other surface contaminants from a variety of materials, such as metal, wood, and concrete. If a surface has a thick layer of paint or rust that cannot be removed through traditional cleaning methods, it may need to be sandblasted. Sandblasting can also be used to create a smooth surface on rough materials, such as concrete, or to create a textured surface on smooth materials. If the surface is uneven or has a rough texture that needs to be smoothened, sandblasting is a good option. In general, if a surface is in need of cleaning or surface preparation, sandblasting should be considered as an option.
